to the plat thereof on file inPlat Book 12, page 14, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated October 19, 1977, from Yorktown
Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation, to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said indenture of
mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 276 at page 1031 of the public
records of St.-Lucie County, Florida. lease governed accordingly.
