Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknot~leclges
that this purchase of a condominium. unit at O(:EAN VILLAGE or• liUr(aIINSON ISl!Nlh.
is subject in every respect to the I~ec:l<<ration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Fxi~ihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid 1>e-
claration and Fxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-[.aws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading acid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, anti acknowledges that each and i
every provision of-the foregoing is esse~ltial to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and ever} provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium. and Exhibits attached thereto. R~rcf~aser hereby ratifies and ~
confirms and approves all of the terms acid provisions of said Declaration of Condo- i
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment antler the
Property Uaners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~,mers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon tf~e Condominitan parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and<Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiinn parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except wl~cre the sane is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. i
