THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed this 15th day of
NOVEMBER 19 79 by TREASURE COAST SERVICE
CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to `
WILLIAM C FURST, JR. AND DARLA ANN FURST, HIS WIFE AND WILLIAM C. '

hereinafter called the Grantee, which terms "Grantor" and "Grantee"
shall include all the parties to this instrument, the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee
that certain Townhouse Dwelling Unit situate at 1772 B-3
Gulf stream Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the real-property
appurtenant thereto, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
legally described as:

Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block
5, Ocean View Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book i
6, Page 61 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run Northwest-
erly 228.18 feet along West right-of-way line of Granada Street to a

point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of W.J.
Schoepfer, R.L.S. dated May 10, 1978. Then on a deflection angle to
the left of 72°18' run Nesterly along said Range Line 68.43 feet to
a point on the surface of fence which is the Point of Beginning: then
€ continue Westerly along Range Line through center line of fence and party
wall-a distance of 50 feet more or less to a point on exterior surface
of wall; turn thence and run Northerly on a back angle of goo turned
to the left 33 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to a
point at the end of said wall; turn thence and run Easterly on a back
angle of 90° turned to the left a distance of 17 feet more or less along
- exterior surface of wall to the center line of party wall; turn thence
and run Southerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left a distance
of 16.33 feet along center line of party wall to a point at the center
line of EastlMfest party wall; turn thence and run Easterly on a back
. angle turned to the right 33 feet more or less along center line of
party wall to a point; turn thence and run Southerly on a back angle
- of 90° turned to the left 16.66 feet more-or less along exterior sur-
face of fence to the Point of Beginning.
