LAND CONTRACT
This Agreement, entered .into at Elyria, Ohio, by
and between FREDERICK STILLWELL, JR. and MARGARET H. STILLWELL,
husband and wife, hereinafter called the Vendor, and PAMELA J.
GLOVER, hereinafter called the Vendee.
WITNESSETH: .
That in consideration of the mutual promises of the

_ parties herein contained, the Vendor agrees to sell and convey,

and the Vendee agrees to purchase and pay for, upon and under
=.ti''', the provision, terms and conditions herein expressed, the
following described real property:

r Situated in the City of Port St. Lucie, County
of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, and bounded and
~ described as follows: Being Lot Nos. 17 t; l8, Block
~ 540 of Port St. Lucie Section 18, .a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
I 13, Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

The Vendee agrees to pay for said property the sum

of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), payable as follows:
The sum of $1,822.70 has been paid by Vendee upon the signing _
of this contract, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
by Vendor, leaving a principal balance owed by the Vendee of
8 177.30 which shall bear interest at the rate of six (6~6) per

cent per annum, principal and interest being payable in con-
secutive monthly installments of $250.00 Dollars each on the 15th
day of each month, beginning October 15, 1977. Al.l principal
and interest shall be paid in full by September 15, 1980.
Said payments shall be applied first to interest
and the balance to principal, interest to be ratably reduced
~ from and after each part payment of principal. Additional
partial payments or entire payment of the principal may be made
at any time.
Upon completion of all payments by Vendee, the
