Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 154.18 feet to
a point of beginning; From the point of beginning run East
a distance of 941.11 feet; thence run South 36.0 feet; thence
i at right angles run East 77.84 feet; thence at right angles ,
f~ run North 23.0 feet; thence at right angles run East 231.5
feet; thence at right angles run North 18.0 feet; thence at
ii right angles run East 88.20 feet to the East right of way of
South Indian River Drive; thence continue East 51 feet, more
