NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the day of
November, 1979, by NETTLES ISLAND, INC., Plaintiff, against RALPH
COLEMAN and OPAL COLEMAN, his wife.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel, or piece of f
land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 779, Section II, in that certain condominium known
i as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown
4 by the Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
f Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 16, pages 1, lA through 1J.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth
in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book
186, page 2720, Circuit Court Clerk's Office, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The relief sought in and by this suit is to foreclose liens
for unpaid condominium assessments encumbering the above-described
property and the decreeing of a sale of the property under the direction
of the Court in default of the payment of the amount found to be due
the Plaintiff for said unpaid assessments, and for other and further
and general relief as set forth in the Complaint.
