PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORT('~AGF.
[niEREAS, on tiay 2, 1972 the Port St, Lucie t4ethodist Church,
Inc. (now the Port St. Lucie United 14ethodist Church) executed a
Mortgage and Promissory dote in favor of the Bank of Stuart (now the
Stuart national Bank), said Mortgage being recorded in OR Bool: 202,
Page 998, of the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida,
WHEREAS, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations, the Mortgagee above-named hereby releases
from the above-described Mortgage that portion of the encumbered
premises described as:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 29,
Township 36 South, Range-40 East, thence SO°18'30"E
along the east line of said Section 29 a distance
of 2065,20 feet; thence S89°41'30"W a distance of
420 feet to a point of curvature; thence [Testerly
along the arc of a circular curve to the right, having
a radius of 2020 feet and a central angle of 4°15'31"
a distance of 150.14 feet; thence SO°18'38"E a distance
of 305,58 feet; thence S89°41'30"W a distance of 144,73
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence-589°41'30"W a
distance o£ ?35.27 feet; thence NO°18'30"W a distance
of 314.20 feet to a point of curvature; thence northeasterl~~
along the arc of a circular curve to the right, having
a radius of ?.5 feet and a central angle of 91°39'47".a
distance of 40,00 feet to a point of compound curvature;
thence Easterly along the arc of a circular curve to the
right, having a radius of 1920 feet and a central an~le
of 4°51'55", a distance of 163.04 feet; thence SO°08 00"E
a distance of 168,73 feet; thence n89°41'30"E a distance
of 47.45 feet; thence SO°18'30"E a distance of 158.77 feet '
to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in St, ~
