Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .Said parcel being
more fully described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof.
SUBJECT to that certain indenture of mortgage from JOHN R.
REA and KATHLEEN B. REA, his wife, to PORT ST. LUCIE BANK,
dated May 23, 1977, and recorded in Official Record Book
268, Page 1709, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which by the acceptance hereof grantee assumes and agrees
