RELEASE OF LIEN

For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, JERRY VAN BLARICOM,
who is the authorized agent for the Lienor herein, J & J
PLUMBING SERVICE, hereby releases the following lands

from a certain claim of lien filed by J & J PLUMBING
SERVICE in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, recorded in O. R. Book 315,
page 396, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on
the 23rd day of August, 1979, for the sum of $3,635.00
of which there remained unpaid $3,444.50 for labor, materials
and services for plumbing in the construction of certain
improvements to said property and hereby declares said
lien fully satisfied.
IN WITNESS WtiEREOF, the said JERRY VAN BLARICOM,
the authorized agent for the Lienor herein, J & J PLUMBING
SERVICE, has caused these presents to be executed in its
name, this day of October, 1979.
