FINAL JUDGMENT OF ,
DISSLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 15th day of November, 1979,
on the Husband's Counter-petition and the Wife's Petition, and the Court
having heard testimony of witnesses, and counsel for both parties being
present, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
j` matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
i
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
!i
f and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ij
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between LUCILLE M. BULLARD, and JOSEPH
f
W. BULLARD be and the same is hereb dissolved and the
y parties and each of
j them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor children of the parties, to-wit: '

' JAYE :KARIE BULLARD and JESSICA SHANNON BULLARD, is hereby awarded to the Wife, s
i
LUCILLE M. BULLARD, subject to reasonable rights of visitation reserved to
i
~i
the Husband, JOSEPH W. BULLARD. Other terms of child support and custody are
is
dl set forth in the Property Settlement Agreement filed in this cause.

3. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered

to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
