to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.
4. FEES AND COSTS: The Wife, PATRICIA M. BLANDFORD, is
ordered to pay her legal fees and court costs, and the Husband,
DENNIS A. BLANDFORD is ordered to pay his legal fees and court
costs.
5. DEBTS: The debts contracted by the parties hereto
shall become the mutual responsibility of both the husband and the
wife.
6. REAL PROPERTY: It is further ordered that the Wife
shall have sole and exclusive possession of the marital home, jointly
owned by the parties hereto, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 35, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 4,
as described in Plat Book 10, page 49 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
located at 4608 Pinetree Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida (33450}.
The Wife's exclusive possession of the above described real
property shall-continue for one year. On or before November l~~ ,
I~' 1980, the Wife shall either purchase the husband's equity for $7,500.00
or the house will be sold and the proceeds divided equally.
~ PERSONAL PROPERTY: The ownership of the furniture and
fixtures located in the above described marital home is hereby
awarded to the Wife.
8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as

may be proper.
