STOUT Husband FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;-that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and~that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONNA M. STOUT and DOUGLAS J. STOUT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNA L. STOUT and TRISCA L. STOUT i minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to DONNA M. STOUT with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DOUGLAS J. STOUT. i 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 28th day of November, 1979. DOUGLAS J. STOUT shall pay to DONNA M. STOUT the sum of $150.00 each and every month for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to DONNA M. STOUT. In addition thereis hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money ti order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. PROPERTY. The stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. aaoK 3~ r~ 1~
