FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for the leinor herein, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a Florida corporation, P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully executed with the following: Pointe South Builders, Inc. P. O. Box 335 Stuart, FL 33494 i said lienor furnished the following: Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware, millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies. for the construction of improvements situate on the real property described as follows: Lot 12, Block 309, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 12, 12A thru 12D, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and owned by John H. Soto and Ruth G. Soto, his wife. Said materials were of a total value of $753.56, including finance charges, of which there remains unpaid $753.56. The first of said materials were furnished on August 3, 1979 and the last of same on August 23, 1979. A Notice to Owner in proper form has been duly served, and the lienor•has otherwise properly complied with all provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes. I 1 E ~ f~ Frank H.
