This action was heard before the Court. On the evidence presented
and after having considered arguments of vaimsel for the parties, it is
OItiERED, ADJWC£D AND IDCR>~D that: -
1. The bonds Of age between Petitioner, IRfl~ IFS
and Respondent, CT,~I~ A. MATINS, are dissolved because the marriage is
irretrievably broken. -
2. Said Petitioner and said Piespa:dent are each mutaually and pean-
aryently enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming or
annoying one another.
3. The Petitioner has failed to prove that she is entitled to any
special equity in the property held by the parties as tenants by the
II'~ entirety; and, aooarditully, the Petitioner is nit entitled bo any such
special equity and her claim for special equity is denied.
4. Said Petitioner shall be required to pay all costs of this
actiai.
5. Except as to the dissolution of marriage granted in this Final
JLidpnent, this (b~:rt specifically resP_rves j:sisdiction of the entire
matter bo enter any further ortlexs that may be equitable, a~pp~vpriate
and just.
