Said Petitioner and said Piespa:dent are each mutaually and pean- aryently enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming or annoying one another. 3. The Petitioner has failed to prove that she is entitled to any special equity in the property held by the parties as tenants by the II'~ entirety; and, aooarditully, the Petitioner is nit entitled bo any such special equity and her claim for special equity is denied. 4. Said Petitioner shall be required to pay all costs of this actiai. 5.
