WITNESSETH, that Mortgagor, for and rn consideration of the premises and in order to secure the payment of the prrncrpal and

file in Plat Book 1, page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run
South 530 feet to a point; turn and run east 293.5 feet for point of beginning; from
said point of beginning continue East 126 feet to a point; thence turn and run South
130 feet to a point; thence turn and run West 126 feet to a point; thence turn and
run North 130 feet to the point of .beginning, less and except the East 6 feet thereof
said land being also described as Lot 11 and 12 of an unrecorded plat of Midway
Groves Subdivision, lying and being a part of Lot 99 of White City;'less and except
the East 6 feet of said Lot 11 of unrecorded plat of Midway Groves Subdivision.
Together with right of egress and ingress to lot over and across the following
described Street, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 99 of White City,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 23 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida run South 480 feet to a point; thence turn and run East 25

writing, and that each maker and endorser agree to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee, upon default in the
payment of the Note, and that if default be made in the payment of any installment thereunder and that if wch default is not made
good in accordance with the terms of the Note, that thrflentrre pnnapal win and accrued, earned rnterest shall become due aril payable
without notice at the option of the holder thereof; and shall perform and comply with each and every stipulation, agreement and cov-
enant of the Note and of this Mortgage, then this Mortgage artd the estate hereby created shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain
in full force. Maker covenants to pay the interest and principal promptly when due. Mortgagor covenants to pay the taxes and assess-
ments on said property: to carry insurance against fire on the building on card land for not less than $ n~a ,approved
by the Mortgagee, with standard mortgage toss clause payable to Mortgagee, the policy to be held by the Mortgagee and to keep the

This Mortgage shall secure not only existing indebtedness, but also wch future advances, whether wch advances are obligatory or
to be made at the option of Mortgagee, or otherwise, as are made within twenty IZ01 years from the date hereof, to the same extent as
