Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by James M. Simpson and
Gertrude E. Simpson, his wife dated December 19th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St.. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 300 on page
1140 ~ 114E securing the payment of the sum of Twenty Eight Thousand and noJ100---------------~__
Dollars (5 28,000.00------)
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and Both hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this gth day of November • 19 79
