the laws of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of
the decedent's estate, is .entitled to preference in
appointment as Personal Representative because SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY was named in the Last Will and Testament
of CARL D. BRONSON to serve as such Personal Representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are: .
Cash accounts of over One Hundred Thousand
($100,000.00) Dollars
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the Decedent's Last Will, dated
April 27, 1978, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests-that the decedent's Last Will
be admitted to probate and that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY be appointed Personal Representative of the estate
of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE
READ THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE
BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
