~ LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, CARL D. BRONSON, a resident of and domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby
revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made
by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my clothing,
jewelry, books, pictures, articles of personal use, automo-
biles, travel trailer, household goods, provisions, furniture,
furnishings and equipment (if I own any articles of said
description at my death), to my wife, ROSE M. BRONSON, pro-
vided she survives me, and if she does not survive me, then
all of said property shall become a part of my residuary
estate to be disposed of as provided hereinafter in this Will

provided, however, that my children shall have the right of

i first refusal to purchase any of said personal property
from my estate at the appraised value. In addition, my
children shall also have the right of first refusal to pur-
chase, at the appraised value in my estate, any residential
real estate I may own at the time of my death and any camp
I may own or have a leasehold interest in in the state of
Maine at the time of my death, if my wife does not survive
me.
CLAUSE III: In the event that my wife, ROSE M.
BRONSON, survives me, I give and devise outright to her,
