LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARL D. BRONSON - Page Three
or estate taxes on my estate, if any, which I direct be paid
or charged to this residuary estate, I give and devise to
my Trustee hereinafter named, in trust, however, for the
c
following uses and purposes:
A. During the lifetime of my wife, ROSE M.
BRONSON, the Trustee shall pay or apply
all of the net income to or for the bene-
fit of my wife in at least quarterly
installments. In addition, my Trustee
may. use as much of the principal of this
trust as the Trustee determines to be neces-
sary for my wife's health, support and
maintenance in order to provide for her
in the standard of living to which she has
been accustomed during my lifetime.
B. Upon the death of my wife, or upon my death
if my wife does not survive me, the Trustee
shall divide this residuary trust or my
residuary estate, as the case may be, into
two separate equal shares, one share for
my daughter, CAROL JANNETTE FOWLER, and one
share for my son, STANLEY CARL BRONSON,
and such shares shall be held by my Trustee
and shall- be invested, managed and distrib-
uted as follows:
1. During the lifetime of each child for
whom a share is held under this pro-
vision of my Will, the Trustee shall
pay all of the net income to or for
E the benefit of such child in at least
! quarterly installments. In addition,
~ the Trustee shall-pay to or for the
benefit of such child the sum of TEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) per year
e from principal until the trust pro-
vided for such child is exhausted. Zn
the event such child shall die before
~ the trust for his or her benefit is
exhausted, then such child's trust shall
be distributed equally to the then living

inafter for any grandchildren of mine
under twenty-one (21) years of age.
CLAUSE V: Any share of my estate or of any trust
hereunder which shall become payable or distributable to a
grandchild of mine who is under twenty-one (21) years of
age, shall vest in such grandchild absolutely, but my personal
representative and Trustee shall have full power until such y
