grandchild attains twenty-one (21) years of age, to retain ~

and administer such share or any part thereof and to accumu- ;
late the income therefrom and pay or apply so much of the

accumulated income and principal as the Trustee may deem
.advisable for the care, maintenance and education (includ- ;
ing higher education) of such grandchild. I advise my Trustee
that the Trustee is to stress the educational needs of•my
grandchildren in making disbursements from such trust for ~
my grandchildren. When such grandchild attains twenty-one
(21) years of age, the remaining principal and income shall
be paid outright to such grandchild and in the event of such
grandchild's death before attaining twenty-one (21) years of

age and.then to such grandchild's then living brothers and
sisters, per stirpes.
CLAUSE VI: In order to carry out the purposes of
the trust created under this Will, the Trustee shall have
all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted
to Trustees under Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes. ~

CLAUSE VII: My personal representative is authorized
and directed to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance,

or levied by reason of my death (including those levied on

proceeds of policies of insurance on my life, whether or not
~ the property, transfer or proceeds with respect to which
~ said taxes are levied is a part of my estate at my death,
and my personal representative shall not require any trans-

feree or other person to reimburse my estate for said taxes

hereunder.
