LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARL D. BRONSON - Page Five
CLAUSE VIII: I name and appoint SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor,
as personal representative of this Will and as Trustee of
each trust created hereunder.
CLAUSE IX: In the event that my wife, ROSE M.
BRONSON, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my
said wife, and the provisions of this Will, and any Codicil
hereto, shall be construed and regulated as if I had, in fact,
survived my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 27 day of April 1978.
