advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same
is hereby granted and .this action, be, and the same is hereby
removed from the trial docket of and for December 17, 1979,

and is hereby continued, to be reset upon the Motion of either
