Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 29, Township 36
South, Range 40 East; thence SO°18'30"E along the east line of said
Section 29 a distance of 2065.20 feet; thence S89°41'30"~~ a
distance of 420 feet to a point of curvature; thence Westerly along
the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 2020
feet and a central angle of 4°15'31" a distance of 150.14 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence SO°18'30"E a distance of 305.58 feet;
thence S89°41'30"W a distance of 380 feet; thence NO°18'30"W a
distance of 314.20 to a point of curvature; thence Northeasterly
along the arc of a circular curve to the right having a radius of

a point of compound curvature; thence Easterly along the arc of

feet to the East right-of-way line of said Irving Street and the ~
Point of Beginning; thence continue N89°41'30"E 380 feet to the
Southeast corner of land as recorded in Official Record Book 6,
page 470 of the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence SO°18'30"E, 150 feet; thence S89°41'30"W, 380 feet to said
right-of-way line of Irving Street; thence NO°18'30"W, 150 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
