E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, for
and in consideration. of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable con-
i
siderations, to them in hand paid by PETER CAMACHO and ERIS CAMACHO,
his wife, and CHARLES CAMACHO and DIANA CAMACHO, his wife, hereby
convey and grant unto PETER CAMACHO and ERIS CAMACHO, his wife,
and CHARLES CAMACHO and DIANA CAMACHO, his wife, their heirs, per-
sonal representatives and assigns, an easement for ingress and
egress over and across the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Begin at the NW corner of the NE'-~ of the SW's of Sec-
tion 32, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, thence run
East 105 feet to point of beginning; thence continue
East 20 feet to a point; thence run North 69 feet to
a point; thence run West to the east right-of -way line
of Okeechobee Road; thence run southwesterly along
the east right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road to the
north right-of -way line of Canal N_o. 82; thence run
East along the north right-of-way line of Canal No.
82, 660 feet, more or less, to the east right-of -way
line of Canal No. 82 (where it turns south); thence
South on the east right-of-way line of Canal No. 82,
49 feet to point of beginning.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
said land and have the right to grant this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned grantors have hereunto
