The Maker shall have the privilege to prepay this note in full before maturity. If this loan is prepaid in full, or H Helder ac~
celestes the maturity d the unpaid balance of this note as provided herein, the Maker will receive a rebate for any unearned
interest according to the "sum d the digits" method. Rebates d less than 11.00 will not be made.
In the event d the Makers default for ten (10) days or more in making any payment due, Holder may assess a default
charge equal to 5% d the unpaid amount d such payment.
Holder may declare this note due and payable either. when permitted under any security agreement or mortgage, rww
or hereafter in effect. securing the repayment hereof; (ii) upon the default in any payment required hereunder, or (ilk upon the
insolvency or bankruptcy d any maker, indorser or guarantor hared. After maturity, this note shall bear interest at 18% per
annum. In no event shall any Maker, indorser or guarantor d this note be obligated to pay any interest in excess d the
maximum amount permitted by Florida law. Each Maker, indorser or guarantor, jointy and severally. promises to pay all
cost of odlecting this nde, including a reasonable attorney's tee, whether incurred in connection with collection trial appeal or
otherwise; and (ii) waives presentment, demand, notice d dishonor and protest.
