the parties upon the Motion for Continuance filed on behalf

of the Defendants, BENJAMIN H. FOOTS, MYRA FOOTS and SELECTED
RISKS INSURANCE COMPANY, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the. premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Pre-Trial Conference
scheduled for November 27, 1979 at 11:30 a.m. and the Trial
scheduled for December 10, 1979 at 9:30 a.rt., be and they
are hereby continued and said Pre-Trial shall be set for
January 2, 19$0 at 9:15 a.m. and Trial shall be set for
January 21, 1980 at 9:30 a.m.
