SALAMONE, ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Wife. ) THIS CAUSE came on for trial before me this 14th day of November, 19?9, and this Court having heard the testi- mony of the parties, the arguments of counsel, and considered all things in the premises, and further, this Court determining that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action, it is therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between JOSEPH A. SALAMONE and MARGARET M. SALAI!tONE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. ALIMONY The husband shall pay alimony to the I E wife~in the monthly amount of $500.00, and a like amount each ~ and every month thereafter, until the death or remarriage of r the wife. 3. ATTORNEY'S FEES The wife's attorney, ANDREW T. COUTANT, is awarded the sum of $500.00 as reasonable attorney's fees for his representation of the wife. 4. JURISDICTION Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders ~ as may be necessary and proper.
