During the years in which the Husband shall have the children during the latter period, he shall return them to the Wife on the next to the last day of Christmas vacation. d. The Husband shall have the minor children for a period of six weeks, continuously, in the summertime. During this time the Wife shall have the right of reasonable visitation with said minor children, except when they are traveling with the Husband. e. The Husband shall give the Wife advance notice of his intention to exercise the visitation privileges described above as follows: (1) Atleast 72 hours advance notice for the exercise of weekend visitation. (2) Atleast thirty full days advance notice for the exercise of the six weeks continuous summer visitation. (3) Atleast seven full days advance notice for the exercise of all other visitation. i i I Nothing contained herein shall impair or prevent the parties from exercising other, additional visitation, or for modifying this ~ Order by mutual consent. t 2. The Wife's Motion for Contempt and Enforcement be, and the same is hereby granted, and the Husband is hereby found to be in Contempt of Court for failure to pay child support as required by the Order of this Court entered December 13, 1977. This Court finds and determines that the Husband is in arrears in his child `5 support payments in the amount of $6,225.00, as of November 15, 1979.
