AMENDED ORDER
This Cause having come before this Court upon the parties
stipulated Petition for Modification of the Final 3udgment and Child Custody
Agreements, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Custody of the minor child of the parties, TAMMY STEWAR ,
~ is awarded to -the wife, LEOLA F. STEWART,
2. The husband, EDWARD D. STEWART, is awarded reason-
able rights of visitation with the child.
3. The husband shall pay to the wife as support for the minor

child of the parties the weekly sum of $25.00, and the husband is ordered to
pay all future support promptly as it becomes due to the Clerk of .this Court f
in addition to Court costs in the amount of $2. 00 for each payment for distri-
}
bution to the wife according to the terms of this Order. Said support pay-
~ ments to begin immediately upon the signing of this Order.

4. That in all other respects the original Final Judgment en-

~ tered by this Court January 29, 1979, and all Stipulated Agreements entered
subsequent thereto by the parties shall remain unchanged and binding upon th i
