THIS CAUSE having cone on for trial upon the pleadings filed herein
and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard
testimony and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
NORMAN LEE KING, III, d.o.b. 6-29-78
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
NORMAN LEE KING, JR. , and BARBARA JEAN WILLIAMS ,
the natural pother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
BARBARA JEAN WILLIAMS shall have custody of the said child(ren).
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is further.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that copmencing on ~ C~ 1979,
the Defendant/Father shall pay child support Lfor and on behalf of the said child(ren)

All payment shall be made in cash, coney order or cashiers check. All money orders

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transpit support payments received frog the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural pother or
person•having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-nailed child(ren), the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AMENDMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to.
