ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that SOUTHEAST MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Florida cor-
poration, party of the [first part, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable con-
siderations to it in hand paid by
CROWN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Canadian corporation
party of the second part, the receipt o[ which is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and
assign unto the said party of the second part, that certain mortgage executed by
CAPRICORN HOLDING COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation
on the 26th day of Apri 1 ,1979 ,recorded in the Official Record Book No. 307 at Page
No. 2336 under Clerks File No. 442481 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County. Florida. together with debt secured thereby and all right, title and interest in and to the property therein
described,
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest in and to that certain Assignment
of Rents ,and Leases given by CAPRICORN HOLDING COMPANY, INC., a Florida
corporation, to SOUTHEAST MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, recorded
under Clerk's file no. 442482, in the Public Records aforementioned; which
assignment of rents and leases is further supplemented by virtue of a
supplemental assignment of rents and leases recorded simultaneously herewith.
without recourse against the SOUTHEAST MORTGAGE COMPANY.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused this conveyance to be signed in its
corporate name, and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, by its duly authorized officer this 15th
day of November ,1979
