Page 1, of the official records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said point being on the Southerly right of way of Morningside
Boulevard and a point of curvature of a curve concave
Northerly; thence run Southeasterly-along the said curve,
having a radius of 947.29 feet, a central angle of 23°27'02",
and a length'of 387.72 feet, the long chord bearing of South
86°35'31" East, a distance of 385.02 feet, to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue Northeasterly along the said
curve, having a radius of 947'.29 feet, a central angle of
14°23'46", and a length of 238.02 feet, the long chord
bearing North 74°29'05" East, a distance of 237.39 feet,
thence run South 22°42'48" East, 244.54 feet; thence run
South 25°33'15" West, 144.18 feet to a curve concave
Northerly; thence run Southwesterly, along the said curve,
having a radius of 1292.29 feet, a central angle of
10°11'51", and a length of 230.00 feet; the long chord
bearing South 77°09'42" West, a distance of 229.70 feet;
thence run North 06°09'20" West, 345.18 feet, to the Point of
Beginning. Together with
