4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
this is the county where decedent was domiciled.
5. CHARLOTTE LAWTON, whose address is 3228 Seneca Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
whose post office address is the same, is entitled to preference
in appointment as Personal Representative because she is named
as Personal Representative of_ the decedent's last will and
testament and is qualified to be so appointed under the provisions
of Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
6. The nature of .the assets in this estate are personal
property including bank accounts, mobile home, automobile, and
life insurance having an estimated value of less than sixty thousand
($60,000.00) dollars.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's will, dated July 14,
1970, is in the possession of the court at this time.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that CHARLOTTE LAWTON be appointed Personal Represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent. Petitioner waives service
of notice of administration.
