AMENDED ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Defendant's
Motion for Rehearing, etc., filed on October 15, 1979. Having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion be and
the same is hereby denied. However, if the Plaintiff does not
post a supersedeas bond on or before November 21, 1979, in
accordance with this Court's previous Order of October 10, 1979,

then the injunction referred to in that Order shall not be

revived and no further such injunctions will be entered by the
i
Trial Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
