'33161, and that in pursuac~ce of a contract with ISIArID Pr1RTNERS, INC., a
Florida corporation, d/b/a S~?1~0N RE90RT IId~l d/b/a ISIAND BEAC4I CLiJB, lienor
furnished labor, services, and materials caisisting of repairs to roan air
.conditioners and the pravisi:on of parts and labor incident to such repairs,
all on the following described real property in St. Lucie county, Florida:

East along the West line of said Int 1, and Southerly extension
thereof, a distance of 2124.84 feet; thence run North 75°02'37"

thence North 75°29'09" Fast a distance of 470 feet more or less
to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meander said waters

total value of $3278.79, of which there renains rnpaid $3278.79, and fin-nished
the first of the same on October 3, 1979, and the last of the same an
October 12, 1979.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a copy of this Claim of Lien has been served
