ANCILLARY LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, Mildred Elder, late of ~iorth Tarrytown, New York,
died testate, owning real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
at the time of her death; and
WHEREAS, an authenticated transcript of proceedings in
the Surrogate's Court of the County of Westchester, New York, has
been filed and the will has been admitted to probate and record in
this County; and
WHEREAS, I, the undersigned circuit judge, appointed
Preston Elder, Jr., and Elizabeth S. Belle ancillary personal rep-
. resentatives of the estate of the deceased on October 11, 1979,
and they have taken the prescribed oath and designated a resi dent
agent;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Royce R. Lewis, Circuit Judge of the

Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,

~ Probate Division, desiring that the estate of the deceased may be
F well and truly administered according to law, declare Preston
Elder, Jr., and Elizabeth S. Belle to be duly qualified under the
~ laws of Florida to act as ancillary personal representatives of
~ the estate and grant to Preston Elder, Jr., and Elizabeth S. Belle
full power to administer the assets of the estate situated in the
t
State of Florida, to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive
those assets and to pay the debts of the estate as far as the ~
s
assets will extend and otherwise administer the estate under the
i
terms of the will and according to law. -
