I, DONALD S. THATCHER, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this {
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
previous wills, codicils to wills and testamentary dispo-
sitions by me, at any time, made.

I. ~
I direct that my personal representative pay my
funeral expenses and those of any last illness as soon after

my death as may be practical, and that the same be paid out
of my estate. ;
II.
I direct that my .personal representative shall have

the authority to determine whether administrative expenses
~ shall be deducted and paid from my estate or from the income
it i
earned on my estate.
III.
I direct that all estate and other death taxes
which may be assessed or imposed upon property passing under
this Will, or property not passing under this Will, shall
be paid out of my estate as an expense of administration
and no part of said taxes shall be apportioned or prorated
s
to any legatee or devisee under this Will or any person
owning or receiving any property not passing under this Will,
and in no event shall any part of said taxes be allocated or
apportioned to any interest in property for which a deduction
is allowed under the applicable tax law.
