THATCHER, if she survives me by a period of thirty (30) days from the date of my death. If my said wife shall predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property to my daughter, BARBARA (Mrs. Daniel) BRADLEY, if she survives me by a period of thirty (30) days from the date of my death;' and if my said daughter shall also predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, to my grandchildren who survive me, and I direct my Trustee to hold, manage, invest and reinvest such property for the benefit of said grandchildren, as - follows: A. My Trustee shall collect the income of the trust estate and pay over or apply such income, in quarterly install- i j ments or more often, in equal shares to such of my said grand- t i • children as may be living at the time of such payment or appli- ' i cation, until the youngest of such living grandchildren reaches the age of thirty-five (35) years, at which time the Trustee l shall pay over and. distribute to my then living grandchildren, ~ share and share alike, the then remaining principal of the trust estate, together with any undistributed income. B.
