VII.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint FIRST
NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, a national banking
. association, its successors in interest, of Stuart, Florida,
as Trustee of any and all trusts which may be established under
this Will.
VIII.
My Personal Representative and Trustee shall, in addi-
tion to other powers and discretions which may be necessary or ap-
propriate for proper administration, have the following rights,
powers and discretions, without obtaining court permission or
approval:
A. To receive, hold, maintain, administer, collect,
invest and reinvest said estate and trust estate, and collect
and apply the income, profits and principal thereof, pursuant

to the terms of this instrument.
' B. To retain uninvested cash as considered desirable +
by said fiduciary.
C. To compromise, settle or abandon claims in favor
of or against my estate or trust estate.
D. To both retain original investments and to invest
and reinvest assets, in its discretion, irrespective of trust
fund investment laws, including the power to invest in any com-
mon trust fund maintained by the Trustee without restriction }
as to the types of investments held by such fund.
E. To sell, mortgage, pledge, lease or convey real
or personal property, for-such prices, for such purposes,
