pay for such losses, debts or torts, my estate and trust cor-
pus are to be used to reimburse the fiduciary.
O. To employ and compensate counsel and other persons
deemed necessary for proper administration and to delegate authori y
-when such delegation is advantageous to said estate or trusts.
P. To make division or distribution in money or in kin
or partly in either at values to be determined by my Personal Rep-
resentative or Trustee, and the judgment of either in such respect
shall be binding upon all interested parties. 3
Q. To vote in person or by. proxy for any and all pur-
poses without any jurisdiction.
R. To make loans of the estate or trust assets upon ~
such terms and with such security as the Personal Representative

or Trustee deems available, including the power on the part of

the Trustee t_o make loans to the Personal Representative in that ~
capacity.
S. To permit any of the beneficiaries of the estate
or of a trust created by this Will to use in kind any tangible
personal property without liability on~the-part of the Personal
Representative or Trustee for any injury to, consumption of or
j loss of any such property so used. ,
