EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property:
STARTING at the southeast corner of said Section 24, run
N-0°-50'-20"-E. along the East line of said Section 24 a
distance of .2364.73 feet to a point; thence N-89°-09'-49"-W
a distance of 40 feet to a point of beginning; thence N-0°-
50'=20"-E a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence N-89°-
09'-40"-W a distance of 140 feet to a point; thence S-0°-50'-
20"-W a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence S-89°-09'-40"-
E a distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning, all in the
East 924.15 feet of Section 24, Township 37 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, containing .96 acres, (which
will be Lots 7, 8 and 9 of the proposed plat hereinafter
referred to.)

description of Plat No. 1 is described as follows:

said parallel line, a distance of 1310 feet, more or less,
