KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, for
and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and .other valuable con-
siderations, to them in hand paid by RICHARD D. ROBINSON and DENISE
V. ROB~NSON, his wife, hereby convey and grant unto RICHARD D.
