State of Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $14, 000.00---------=--- FOURTEEN THOUSAND & 00/100ths------------------------------------ Dollars, and certain promise: and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon tht property situate in said State and County dssai6ed as follows. to-wit: Beginning at intersection of West line of Riverside Drive, with the North line of Lot 2 of Andrews and Richards Re-Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, page 199, of St. Lucie County, Public Records, thence from West line of Riverside Drive, 70°49' left following the North line of said Lot 2, 93.8 feet to a stake; thence 5°49' left, 97.4 feet to a stake on East line of Pine Street, as now established and dedicated, thence 80°27' left, following East line of Pine Street, 87.84 feet, thence 93°44' left, following North line of Iowa Avenue, 226.7 feet to a monument on West line of Riverside Drive; thence 106°16' left, 102 feet to the beginning,. and there is included in this conveyance all the land East of said last named line and between the Line 70°49' and 93°44', extended Eastward to the Indian River, including Riparian rights, but reserving all rights of said Riverside Drive, and of the public thereto. The lot of land hereby conveyed is bordered on the North by lands formerly owned by G.M. Fleming and Fannie Edminston Fleming, on the West by Pine Street, on the North by Iowa Avenue, and on the East by Indian River, in .the Town of Fort Pierce and is part of the land conveyed by Andrew Edminston to Fannie Edminston Fleming by deed dated the 5th day of Iriarch, 1917, of record in Deed Book 33, page 170, in the Circuit Court Clerk's office of said St. Lucie County, Florida.
