GRANT OF EASEMENT
We, DENNIS McGAURAN and JOANNA G. McGAURAN, his wife, of St.
Lucie County, Florida, owners of the hereinafter described land, in consideration
of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable con8iderations to us in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to
BRIAN D. GOFF and KATHY F. GOFF, his wife, anon-exclusive easement upon,
over and across real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West shoreline of the Indian River which
is 11.5 feet South of the North line (as extended) of Lot 4 of R. N.
Koblegard's Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1,
page 37, St. Lucie County, Florida records; thence run West, '
parallel with said North line, to a point of intersection with the
East right of way line of North Indian River Drive; thence run
Northerly, along said East right of way line a distance off'Q
_ feet; thence run East to the West shoreline of Indian River, once,
meandering said shoreline, run Southerly to Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH riparian rights appurtenant thereto,
The within granted easement is not assignable but is for use by the grantees
hereof in common with others. The purpose of the within granted easement is to
afford to the grantees hereof a means of access to and the enjoyment of the riparian
F
rights appurtenant to the above described land and in particular to the use and en-
joymeit of a dock or pier owned by the grantors and extending into the said river.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this
