This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the }
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the; parties and subject matter of this suit; that thg relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
i
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and-the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
E of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHARLENE A. BROOKS, age 9,
EDNA MAE BROOKS, age 7, GEORGE BROOKS, JR., age 6, and TONEY
BROOKS, age 4, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
~ to Petitioner, EDNA MAE BROOKS.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: EDNA MAE BROOKS be and she is
§ hereby authorized to assume her former name of EDNA MAE WILSON
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
a
intervened.
4. PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is
no real or personal property to be divided.
