This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November
19 79 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of {
the parties .and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUGDED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the
i
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Robert D. :McLean and Christine E.

~ McLean minor children of the parties is hereby awarded mutually to
i
Petitioner . Dolaald 3._~lcLean and Respondent Vii. Christine McLean.
3. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the e
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the

s parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
