This cause came on for trial the 21st day of Noveriber , 19 79 ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriage between the at3o~~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and.each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of 2•tARK B. AULT, age 10, and ALLAN E. AULT,
age 5,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to JI?AN~?Ir R. AULT,
with reasonable visitation rights granted to RO:~IALD S. AULT.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
PROPERTY: P~!titioner and Rosvondent agree there is no
real or personal property to be divided.
