Husband.
This cause came on "for trial the 21st day of November
1979, and- the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, _finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folhows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the _
parties end each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between f'h~m and from the,
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of GREGORY L. CONRAN, age 9,
born April 25, 1970,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
LINDA L. CONRAN, with. reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Respondent, DONALD H. CONRAN.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 23rd day of November,
• 1g 79~ Respondent, DONALD H. CONRAN shall ,Pay' pe~e;c~y?. to Petitioner,
LINDA L. CONRAN the sum of S 50.00 for the support of
the child(ren) named above.
