DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Wife.
This cause came on for trial this 21st day of November,
19 79 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the
eiridenee, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the-relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and sho:}ld be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
-above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
r matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising thereform.
~ 2. PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is
no real or personal property to be divided.
DONE AND ORDERED this ZI day of November, 1979, at
Fort Pierce, Florida.
