Husband. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day c,f November ~ 1g79
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is '
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed froi« the bonds of matrimony

~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of MICHELLE A. SZALAY, age 6, and
JOSEPH E. SZALAY, age 4,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to CINDY LEE SZALAY.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 23rd day of November 19 79,
z Respondent, EUGENE J. SZALEY, shall pay to Petitioner, CINDY LEE SZALAY,

the sum of $ 25.00 per child, per week for the support

~ of the minor child(ren) named above. -

4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
~ evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties #
